    James Schwartz, AKA The Leadership Monster, proudly served and fought as a Captain in the Army for 10 years.  After returning home, he devoted himself to building businesses that would ensure he and his family would be able to live the life they dreamt of and leave a legacy that would last generations. 

    He is now focused on helping others do the same.
